Not very attractive, yet another book on the sociological djeunz. Except that turning over, intrigued, content, one quickly realizes that this is primarily a history of pop music, rather pleasant to read, researched and packed with references. Much more interesting.

Except that turning over, intrigued, content, one quickly realizes that this is primarily a history of pop music, rather pleasant to read, researched and packed with references. Much more interesting.   We are young we are proud  is a story of music and how young people have taken over voluntarily or not this music. The history of youth is the history of music. In parallel, by example, we follow the chaotic evolution of the two warring brothers to head the group French   Taxi Girl,   Darc and Mirwais  , the book's title is a reference to their anthem  Say it loud (Amounts are proud young ). 
  Diving rather fascinating how the music and his audience saw her, one will be convinced, s''il were needed, that the recovery movement is now mandatory. History tirelessly sings the same old story: innovation - recovery - death by mediocrity. Finding even more bitter, the sincerity of the artists has always been caught sooner or later by the cynicism of the music industry that is decidedly his name. But the most interesting is to relive these developments, of  Iggy Pop  to  Felix Da Housecat  through the   Doors and Joy Division  , (re) discover all these names who made history music together in a book. Sabatier, editor, deputy chief of the magazine  Technikart  in a more annoying but at least achieved this. 
 
And the final pages bring the reader to the contradictions and para-musical musical that animate the contemporary era and make a golf complex and passionate debate (even exciting for some). Who handles who decides who to, which is connected, which influences whom, who is bobo, which tastes bad, which is a faux revolutionary bloated contradictions, fluo kids Are the latest incarnation of the musical and intellectual regression ... The parable serves as an epilogue in which We are young we are proud glaring truth is, for a start (and end) response.
